The Per Vehicle Plan is designed for active and growing fleets. It provides unlimited trips with predictable pricing based on your active vehicle count, full access to NEMT dispatch software, admin & driver mobile apps, auto-scheduling & route optimization, and dedicated booking portals for private pay and facility clients. Member tracking links are available as an add-on.
- How does the Per Trip Plan work?
The Per Trip Plan is tailored for startups and operations with variable demand. You pay strictly for completed trips with zero vehicle minimums or idle-fleet penalties. It includes the complete cloud dispatch system and unlimited vehicle and driver logins. Member tracking links are available as an add-on.
- Are there any limits on the number of drivers or vehicles I can add?
You can add unlimited drivers and dispatchers across both plans with no seat fees. On the Per Vehicle plan, you only pay for active vehicles running routes; on the Per Trip plan, vehicle and driver counts are completely unlimited.
- Does the platform include real-time driver tracking?
Yes. Real-time GPS driver tracking is included on both plans and gives your dispatch team live location data. Member-facing tracking links, sent via text or web to help reduce no-shows and communication delays, are available as an add-on.
- Can I handle broker and insurance billing with this system?
Yes, broker and insurance billing, along with comprehensive trip reporting and claim generation (CMS-1500 and EDI 837 files), are supported across both plans for compliant, faster reimbursements.
- Do you offer route optimization and auto-scheduling?
Yes. Route optimization and auto-scheduling are included in the Per Vehicle Plan to automatically group and assign trips based on driver proximity and efficiency. For Per Trip plan users, auto-scheduling is available as an optional add-on.
