Do I need to sign a contract to use the NEMT Platform?

No, there’s absolutely no contract required. The NEMT Platform is offered as a month-to-month rolling subscription, giving you complete freedom. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime without worrying about hidden fees or long-term commitments.

What’s included in the $75 Freedom Plan?

The Freedom Plan is perfect for smaller providers or those just starting out. It includes up to 250 trips per month, access to our NEMT dispatch software, the admin mobile app, driver tracking links for members, and portals for private pay, facility, and corporate bookings. Email support during business hours is also included.

What’s different about the $249 Corporate Plan?

The Corporate Plan is designed for growing or high-volume NEMT providers. In addition to increasing the trip allowance to 475 per month, it includes everything in the Freedom Plan and adds advanced features such as comprehensive broker billing support, full claim and billing audits for accuracy, billing with CMS-1500 and EDI 837 files for efficient processing, unlimited training sessions at no additional cost, pre-emptive calls to reduce no-shows, and a dedicated account manager with priority support.

What if I go over my monthly trip limit?

If you exceed the monthly trip allowance, there’s no penalty or service interruption. You’ll simply be charged a small fee for each additional trip—$0.30 per extra trip on the Freedom Plan and $0.28 on the Corporate Plan. This way, you can scale flexibly without any hassle.

Are there any limits on the number of drivers or vehicles I can add?

Not at all. Both plans allow unlimited drivers and vehicles. Whether you’re managing a small fleet or a large operation, you’ll never be charged extra for expanding your team.

Does the platform include real-time driver tracking?

Real-time driver tracking is available as an add-on feature. Its pricing depends on the total number of trips your company manages. Members can still receive live tracking links through text or web, helping reduce no-shows, missed pickups, and communication delays.

Can I handle broker and insurance billing with this system?

Yes, broker and insurance billing, along with various reports, are included in both plans. If you need to generate CMS-1500 forms or submit EDI 837 files, the Corporate Plan is tailored to handle these billing needs efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

Do you offer route optimization and auto-scheduling?

We do. These features are fully included in the Corporate Plan, helping you automatically schedule and assign trips based on efficiency and geography. For Freedom Plan users, route optimization and auto-scheduling are available as an optional add-on for $50 per month.

What kind of support do I get with each plan?

We offer comprehensive support, including priority phone, chat, and email assistance, plus a dedicated account manager to help with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
